Rambagh Palace was built in 1835 first for the favourite handmaiden of the queen and later was used as a hunting lodge for the royal family of Jaipur. The gardens and rooms have historic associations, having been built by Maharaj Sawai Man Singh II of Jaipur. In its modern avatar as a fine heritage hotel, it is a member of the Leading Hotels of the World and presents an experience of true royal living to its guests.
