Fort Rajwada Hotel

Fort Rajwada is a six acre property with regal interiors and verdant gardens. The property is beautifully done up with original heritage balconies that have intricate carvings and lattice windows as old as 450 years. World renowned celebrities of the stature of Paul McCartney and Amitabh Bachhan have enjoyed their stay at this property.

The interiors are designed by the well known opera set designer, Ms. Stephanie Engeln. Ninety one rooms and four Royal Suites form the accommodation here. Fort Rajwada overlooks the Jaisalmer Fort and reflects the golden beauty of Jaisalmer city in its architecture.

With authentic furnishings that reflect the regional crafts, spacious bathrooms, satellite television and all other modern conveniences, Fort Rajwada makes for a comfortable stay in true regal luxury. The two restaurants here are called Sonar and Rupal and offer the best of Indian, Continental and Chinese meals. The bar is called Paatu and has sixteenth century ambience.
